1. Ordering
Online on www.budtoroseaustralia.com or contact us via sales@budtoroseaustralia.com to arrange an order.

2. Payments
Payments can be made using credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) via PayPal. We also offer Direct Debit.
All products will be dispatched once all funds have been cleared. It will usually take 1-3 business days to
receive the payment for bank transfer.

3. Delivery Terms
All orders will be processed ASAP once payment has been cleared. Delivery should be within 2-7 business
days of receipt of cleared funds. We offer service through Australia Post – remote parts of Australia will
sometimes take longer.

You have an option to have your freight sent Express Posted and signed on delivery. If parcel is sent
Express post-delivery it is from one business day to the next in most areas. Please not; nothing will be
sent until funds are cleared. Remote areas will take longer time to send.
We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages if they are not registered as
Express post with signing on delivery. See options under checkout and shipping.

4. Postage
Postage prices quoted are being based on total amount of order.

5. Refund Policy
No returns or exchanges on sale items.

We exchange products purchased within 14 days! All items are quality control
inspected before sent. If you decide your product is not to your satisfaction please contact Bud to Rose Australia
by e-mail sales@budtoroseaustralia.com to discuss what to do. Please send back by Australia Post,
you will have to pay for the return freight charges. Please return the goods to us promptly within 14 days of
purchase in the same condition they were sent out to you.

Should a product be faulty by manufacture, or incorrect sent order please notify us by email
sales@budtoroseaustralia.com within 48 hours of receiving of goods to discuss your order. Goods cannot be
returned without a prior authorisation with us.
We also request that you notify us of any incorrect orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will either
replace the item/s or issue a refund if advised within the claim period above. We will pay for your postage if your
order is incorrect or faulty by manufacture.

6. Minimum Order Requirements
There is not a minimum order required.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST (Goods and Services Tax)
